Deli, Meat, Seafood and Produce Associates are responsible for providing exceptional guest service, engage in behaviors that will win guests for life and support their department in consistently achieving goals and objectives. Our associates generally spend a large portion of their work day communicating with customers, providing information and recommendations about our products and services and ensuring that our guests are satisfied with their experience in the store. In addition to contributing to a service and sales culture, our associates are involved in production and ensure that product is made to quality standards and product specification and slicing and wrapping, weighing and pricing product for guest requests and needs. Associates will also participate in building displays to generate sales, assisting in receiving, storing and stocking of products while ensuring proper rotation and quality and handling damaged product; all of which help contribute to our operational integrity.
